Flexible and “flat” management structure
In 2025, Globeteam became part of Polaris’ portfolio and simultaneously merged with 7N, which is also owned by Polaris. The two brands are now united under a shared group management.
Andreas Strandbygaard serves as Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) and is part of the group management team, while also being the Managing Director of Globeteam.
Globeteam has an open and flexible management structure with few visible decision-making processes. Andreas Strandbygaard and the individual team managers handle the day-to-day management.
Andreas Strandbygaard
Andreas Strandbygaard is the Managing Director of the Globeteam division and part of the group management team in the merger between Globeteam and 7N, serving as Chief Solutions Officer (CSO).
Andreas joined Globeteam from a leading position at Netcompany, where he built the global business consulting organisation. Prior to that, he was associated with the consulting firm Accenture for several years, both as a consultant and a leader.
Morten Strunge Nielsen
Morten Strunge Nielsen is Head of Global Solutions Delivery, tasked with expanding the Globeteam division’s project sales internationally.
Claus Moldow
Claus Moldow, former CEO and co-founder of Globeteam, is senior advisor to the group management team.
Claus has been employed within the IT industry for more than 25 years, primarily within sales and management.
